Welcome to Bold Cleaning YYC Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided We offer residential, commercial, Airbnb, post-event, post-construction, and deep cleaning services. All services must be booked in advance. Services are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee. (Please see "Cancellation Policy")

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the premises.

• Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions.

• Ensure accurate property details are provided at booking.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment of 50% upfront is required.

• Full payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept electronic payments via trusted third-party providers.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

5. Damages and Liability

• We are insured and take care to avoid damages.

• Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.

• Bold Cleaning YYC Inc. is not liable for pre-existing conditions or unsecured valuables.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

7. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, mistreatment of staff, or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
